Upload no longer supports breakpoint resume due to API changes; related code and options have been removed. Added 'proxy_hostnames' config to allow specifying domains for proxy usage, useful for overseas VPS upload issues. Updated documentation and CLI flags accordingly. Minor optimizations and block size adjustments for downloader.
