- new `pbc_wrap` and `pbc_unwrap` commands
- `intra_fit pbc=1` (default) automatically unwraps and rewraps
- `smooth pbc=1` (default) automatically unwraps and rewraps
- Changes CoordSetRealToFrac/CoordSetFracToReal to take the
  premultiplied state matrix into account
