* - use ROMOL_SPTR consistently (cosmetic change)
- allow using multiple alternative normalization patterns that match the same functional groups
- add NormalizerFromParams factory method (Python wrappers)
- add missing parameter to NormalizerFromData factory method (Python wrappers)

* C++ is not Python
