* Adds aromatization and reaction options to AdjustQuery

 aromatizeIfPossible - checks kekulized queries for
    aromatic compatibility
 adds IGNORE_MAPPED and IGNORE_ATTACHEDRGROUPS options
  to adjustDegree

* Missed return false.

* Removes IGNOREATTACHEDRGROUPS
